This role is set up for someone with 1-2+ years already in recruitment and is wanting to develop in a larger more opportunistic consultant who will enjoy the more balanced part of the market- OFFICE SUPPORT.This business goes out of it's way to guide and support whilst developing talent internally to more senior roles. Naturally you will be a team player who enjoys a robust mix of team effort and single mindedness to achieve. So it is all about getting out there and engaging existing clients and building scale around those relationships whilst building your portfolio.
