As an HR or Recruitment Assistant you will deal with a diverse range of people so a passion for building rapport is a must!
These roles usually involve all aspects of HR, including health and safety, staff inductions, learning and development and recruitment. This is a perfect role for those who enjoy keeping busy with a variety of day-to-day tasks.
If you have previously held or currently hold a HR Administration position or have recently finished studying your degree in HR we would love to have a conversation with you today.
To hit the ground running as an HR Assistant you will have…
- Experience in an HR/Recruitment environment, either as an Administrator, Assistant or Coordinator
- Exceptional administrative and organisational skills
- Well-developed and mature relationship-building skills, and the ability to work with a diverse group of people
- A can-do, positive attitude, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills – you must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
